Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time:
1.1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2. Orders placed before 8:00 AM EST will typically be processed the same day.
1.3. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
1.4. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders):
2.1. Standard Shipping: 2-10 business days (based on location).
2.2. Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
2.3. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.
2.4. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $200.
2.5. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. International Shipping:
3.1. We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.
3.2. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-21 business days.
3.3. Expedited international shipping options are available at checkout.
3.4. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country.
3.5. If customs clearance delays occur, it is outside our control, and we are not responsible for extended delivery times.

4. Shipping Carriers:
4.1. We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide reliable shipping services.
4.2. The carrier will be selected based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the delivery location.

5. Tracking & Order Status:
5.1. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5.2. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or our order tracking page.
5.3. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support@anthonyveer.com.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments:
6.1. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
6.2. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
6.3. If you selected RE:DO at checkout, you may file a claim for a lost or stolen package through our return portal.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages:
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
7.2. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
7.3. If an order is undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.

8. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items:
8.1. Pre-ordered and backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
8.2. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, it may be split into multiple shipments.

9. Holiday Shipping Delays:
9.1. Due to increased volume during the holiday season, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
