Return Policy

1. General Returns for All Items Except Collectors/Limited Edition Items:
1.1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days from the date of receiving your shipment to initiate a return.
1.2. To qualify for a full refund, items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with any tags attached, and include all original accessories (shoe horn, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces).
1.3. A $30 charge will be applied for any unreturned accessories.
1.4. Products that show excessive scuffing or creasing will be deemed damaged and will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Customers are advised to try on shoes with care, preferably on a soft surface, and use a shoe horn to prevent damage.

2. Returns for Collectors and Limited Edition Items:
2.1. For Collectors and Limited Edition items, you have up to 30 days to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued for these items.
2.2. Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with any tags attached, and include all original accessories (shoe horn, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces).
2.3. A $30 charge will be applied for any unreturned accessories.
2.4. As with all returns, excessive scuffing or creasing will result in the product being deemed damaged and ineligible for an exchange or store credit.

3. Return Shipping:
3.1. USA Orders:
3.1.1. Return shipping and insurance are free for U.S. orders when you select the RE

$2.98 option at checkout.
3.1.2. If RE
is not selected, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund; no upfront payment is required.
3.1.3. All exchanges qualify for free return shipping.

 

3.2. International Orders:
3.2.1. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
3.2.2. Items must be shipped back within 60 days, unworn, and in brand-new condition, with any tags attached and all original accessories.
3.2.3. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, though taxes and duties will be refunded.
3.2.4. A $30 charge applies for any missing accessories.
3.2.5. A tracking number must be provided by the buyer to process the return. Please contact us at support@anthonyveer.com for the return address.

4. Markdown Items:
4.1. All markdown and clearance items are final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges for these products.

5. About RE:DO:
5.1. RE

provides a seamless return and insurance experience for $2.98.
5.2. By selecting RE
, you receive free return shipping and protection for your items during transit.
5.3. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, simply file a claim through our return portal to resolve the issue.

 

6. Return Instructions:
6.1. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should be placed inside a protective shipping box.
6.2. Returns shipped with labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original payment.
6.3. Once the return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
6.4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Damaged Items:
7.1. If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported within two days of receiving your order.
7.2. To report a damaged item, email support@anthonyveer.com with clear photos of the damage. This helps expedite the claims process.
7.3. Color variations due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography lenses are not considered damages.
