You may cancel within 7 days for a full refund; after that, pre-orders are non-refundable unless delayed beyond 30 days.

Return Policy

For All Items Except Collectors/Limited Edition Items
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your shoes. A full refund will be provided if the shoes are unworn, in brand-new condition, with any tags attached, and all original accessories included (shoe horn, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces). There will be a $30 charge for all unreturned accessories.

Excessive scuffing and creasing may result in the product being deemed damaged, making it ineligible for a refund or exchange. Please try on shoes with care and use a shoe horn when necessary. We recommend trying your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffing the outer sole.

For Limited Edition and Collectors Collections Items

For these exclusive items, you have up to 30 days to return your shoes for an exchange or store credit only—no refunds will be granted. Shoes must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with tags attached and all original accessories included (shoe horn, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces). There will be a $30 charge for unreturned accessories.

As with other items, excessive scuffing or creasing may result in the product being deemed damaged, disqualifying it from a return or exchange. Please handle with care.

Return Shipping

USA Orders
Return shipping and insurance are free for all U.S. orders when you select the RE:DO $2.98 option at checkout. If you do not select RE:DO, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, with no upfront payment required. All exchanges qualify for free return shipping.

International Orders
For international orders, buyers must cover the return shipping cost. Items must be shipped back within 60 days, unworn, and in brand-new condition, with any tags attached and all original accessories. Please email us at support@anthonyveer.com for the return address. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, but taxes and duties will be refunded. A $30 charge applies for any missing accessories, and a tracking number is required to process the return.

RE:DO offers hassle-free returns and shipping insurance for only $2.98. By selecting RE:DO, you get free return shipping and protection for your items during transit. If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, simply file a claim through our return portal.

Return Instructions

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should be placed inside a protective shipping box. Any returns sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will incur a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the original paid amount. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please report it within two days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@anthonyveer.com with clear photos of the damage. This will help us process your claim efficiently.

Note: Color variations due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography lenses are not considered damage.

We understand that buying shoes online can sometimes be a bit challenging. You can exchange your shoes for any pairs in stock within 60 days from when you receive the product. To qualify for an exchange, your shoes must be unworn and returned in the same state as you received them, along with all the accessories that they originally came with. Please try your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffs on the outer sole. 

All markdown sales and clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for an exchange.

For those that purchase the Redo add-on, there is no additional cost for shipping the exchange. For all other orders, shipping costs are automatically applied to the order.

Instant Exchange

We offer a seamless instant exchange process. Simply visit our exchange portal and follow the prompts. Once your returned item is dropped off and scanned, your exchange will be dispatched immediately. For exchanges involving a higher-priced item, you may be required to provide your credit card information through the portal to cover the price difference.

We offer instant exchanges, so your order is processed as soon as your return shoe is scanned at the designation shipping provider. To create a shipping label, follow the steps on our online portal.

You will need to reach out to the retailer from whom you purchased the order form for any refunds or exchanges. We cannot accept any Anthony Veer items purchased outside our store.
