All our leather is sourced from tanneries that use environmentally safe practices and are certified by the Leather Working Group.

Leather Working Group is a not-for-profit that drives best practices and positive social and environmental change. The Leather Working Group ensures:

    long-lasting products

    Our commitment to quality construction and material selection creates a durable product that will stand the test of time, meaning less potential waste ending up in landfills. We only use organic dyes for added sustainability and long-term usability!

    For maximum use, we suggest using a cobbler to recraft the sole of your shoe. Any shoes listed as Blake stitch or Goodyear welt can be resoled. Please refer to the product page for details on the shoe construction.

    Renewable and Recycable

    All our shoes use OrthoLite® foam insoles. OrthoLite® insoles contain 5% recycled rubber to limit our overall environmental impact. Incidentally, it also provides added resiliency, breathability, and cushioning to your shoes.

    Many of our outsoles contain cork which is a natural, renewable, and recyclable material. Cork offers an elasticity that relieve joint stress by providing low-impact shock absorption throughout the entire body – from your knees, ankles to shins.

    Crafted in limited quantities, our sheos minimize excess production and conserve resources. Not only does it benefit the environment, but also ensures that each item has been made with utmost care!
